Yes, most business-grade two-way radios require an FCC license. This applies to UHF and VHF radios used for commercial purposes. The FCC issues licenses by frequency, and the process is straightforward. We can help guide you through the application. Note: FRS (Family Radio Service) radios used for personal, short-range communication do not require a license.
Many repairs are completed the same day, especially if parts are in stock. Repairs that need special-order parts, or radios that have to go to the manufacturer's repair center, take longer, and we'll let you know if yours does. We'll give you a free estimate before starting any work, and courtesy loaner radios may be available during your repair, subject to fleet availability. For teams that can't afford downtime, we recommend keeping backup units on hand.

Yes! We offer short-term radio rentals for events, construction projects, and any temporary communication need. We've equipped events like the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta with hundreds of radios on short notice. Contact us with your dates and quantity, and we'll put together a rental package.
